Facility Reservations

For reservations at the Veterans Park and Clepper Park shelters, please check the schedules, then click on the Reservation Request links located at the top of the schedule.

For reservations in the Civic Center Meeting Rooms or Gym, please check the schedules, then click on the Reservation Request links.
 
PARKS:
 

There is no charge for a resident of Union Township.
There is a $100.00 charge for a non-resident of Union Township.
A resident of Union Township may reserve a shelter up to three (3) months in advance, four (4) hours per reservation.
A non-resident of Union Township may reserve a shelter up to one (1) month in advance, four (4) hours per reservation.

  Shelter A:  Large shelter by the restrooms with eight picnic tables; electrical outlets
  Shelter B:  Small shelter by the playground & pond with four picnic tables; electrical outlets
  Shelter C:  Small shelter by the helicopter with one picnic table

Residents & Businesses of Union Township may request reservations of a room within a three month period beginning with the current month and including the next two months; no more than five (5) times per month,  four (4) hours per reservation.

Non-residents may request a reservation at the Union Township Civic Center within the current month only. No more than five (5) times per month,  four (4) hours per reservation.

A resident of Union Township may request reservations of the gym within a three month period beginning with the current month and including the next two months; no more than once a week for 90 minutes.

Queen City Room A&B:  Lower level, 19-six foot tables with 65 chairs; room may be divided for smaller events


Collegiate Room:  Lower level, 30 person lecture-style room with desks & three tiers of 10 chairs; projector & screen


Riverview Room:  Upper level conference room with table and twelve chairs; projector & screen
Amphitheater:  Outdoor performance space seats 600
